The iPhone 11 has a general score of 83.3, which is a bit better than iPhone 6s's overall score of 83. These devices have iOS OS (operating system), but iPhone 11 has 15.x version while iPhone 6s has iOS 9.x. Even though iPhone 11 is way newer than iPhone 6s, it's somewhat thicker and way heavier.
IPhone 6s features a slightly better looking display than iPhone 11, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1334 x 750, a much smaller display and much lower brightness, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel density. The Apple iPhone 11 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Apple iPhone 6s, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have a 64-bit processor, the Apple iPhone 11 also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
IPhone 6s counts with a very superior memory to store more apps and games than Apple iPhone 11, because it has 64 GB more internal memory. The iPhone 11 counts with a little bit better camera than iPhone 6s, and although they both have a 12 mega-pixels back camera and the same (4K) video quality, the iPhone 11 also has a larger camera aperture to take better low light images and video, higher 60 fps video frame rate and a larger back camera sensor.
IPhone 11 counts with a much better battery life than iPhone 6s, because it has 3110mAh of battery capacity against 1715mAh.
Although Apple iPhone 11 is a better device, it costs more money than the iPhone 6s, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the iPhone 6s. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the iPhone 6s, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
