Comparison review
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is a bit better than the Google Pixel 5, having a 93.2 score against 89. IPhone 12 Pro Max's design is way heavier but just a bit thinner than the Google Pixel 5, and both were only released with a couple of months difference. Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max features a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 5, because it has a little higher count of pixels in each display inch, a higher resolution of 1284 x 2778 and a bit bigger screen.
IPhone 12 Pro Max has a superior CPU than Google Pixel 5, because although it has less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a 64-bits processor. The Google Pixel 5 features as much memory capacity to install games and applications as the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max one, both of them have equal internal storage.
Google Pixel 5 features a bit superior battery duration than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, because it has 4080mAh of battery capacity. Google Pixel 5 has just a bit better camera than iPhone 12 Pro Max, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking images or video in low light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Google Pixel 5 also counts with a more MP back camera.
Although iPhone 12 Pro Max is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 5. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 5, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
