Comparison review
IPhone 12 Pro Max is a bit better than Huawei P40 Pro, with a general score of 93.2 against 88.2. The iPhone 12 Pro Max body is just a bit heavier but thinner than Huawei P40 Pro, and both of them were released with only a couple of months difference. IPhone 12 Pro Max works with iOS 15.x OS, while Huawei P40 Pro has Android 10 OS.
Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max features a better performing processor than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has less cores (although they are faster) and 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. The iPhone 12 Pro Max has a better display than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1284 x 2778, a just a bit higher pixels number in each inch of display and a quite larger screen.
The Huawei P40 Pro's storage for apps and games is just as good as Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max's one, they have equal 128 GB internal storage. Huawei P40 Pro features a very superior camera than iPhone 12 Pro Max, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing photos or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a way better 50 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
Huawei P40 Pro features a bit longer battery life than iPhone 12 Pro Max, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3687mAh.
