Comparison review

IPhone 12 Pro Max is much better than the Nokia 8.3 5G, with a 93.2 score against 80.5. IPhone 12 Pro Max's design is just a little heavier but somewhat thinner than the Nokia 8.3 5G, and both were only released 2 months apart. The iPhone 12 Pro Max has iOS 15.x OS, and Nokia 8.3 5G has Android 11 OS.

The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max has a quite superior processing power than Nokia 8.3 5G, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max counts with a much better screen than Nokia 8.3 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1284 x 2778 pixels and a little higher pixel quantity per inch of screen.

The Nokia 8.3 5G has a little bit better camera than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for taking pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Nokia 8.3 5G also counts with a back camera with a much higher resolution.

The Nokia 8.3 5G has a superior storage for games and applications than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Nokia 8.3 5G also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Nokia 8.3 5G counts with better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3687mAh.

Although iPhone 12 Pro Max is a better device, it costs a lot more than Nokia 8.3 5G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Nokia 8.3 5G. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy iPhone 12 Pro Max, else you can save some money and get the Nokia 8.3 5G, letting go a couple features and specs.
