Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A51, getting a 93.2 score against 85.5. Although the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is much heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A51, it's a little thinner and newer. The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max has iOS 15.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy A51 comes with Android 11 operating system.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max counts with a superior processor than Galaxy A51, because although it has lesser CPU cores (but faster), it also counts with a 64 bits processor and more RAM. Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max has a better looking screen than Galaxy A51, because it has a slightly better 1284 x 2778 resolution, a little higher pixel density and a quite larger display.
The Galaxy A51 counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than iPhone 12 Pro Max, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy A51 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A51 has a much better camera than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, because although it has lower video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a camera in the back with way more MP.
The Galaxy A51 counts with just a little better battery lifetime than iPhone 12 Pro Max, because it has an 8 percent greater battery capacity.
Although iPhone 12 Pro Max is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A51. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy iPhone 12 Pro Max, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy A51, giving up a couple specifications.
