IPhone 12 Pro Max has a score of 93.2, which is slightly better than Galaxy S6's general score of 87.4. The iPhone 12 Pro Max comes with iOS 15.x operating system, and Galaxy S6 comes with Android 5.0 operating system. The iPhone 12 Pro Max construction is a lot newer than the Galaxy S6's, although it is just a little bit thicker and way heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a slightly better display than iPhone 12 Pro Max, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel number in each inch in the screen and a quite better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has an inferior number of cores and doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have a 64-bits processing unit, the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S6's memory capacity to install applications and games is very similar to the iPhone 12 Pro Max one, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S6 feature incredibly similar cameras, because although the Samsung Galaxy S6 has worse video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, it also counts with a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max has a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has a 3687mAh battery size against 2550mAh.
Although Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S6. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S6, resigning some features and specs.
