The iPhone 12 Pro has a general score of 92.8, which is much better than Huawei Mate 10's global score of 78.9. IPhone 12 Pro's body is much newer and a bit thinner than Huawei Mate 10's, although it is also just a little bit heavier. The iPhone 12 Pro counts with iOS 15.x operating system, and Huawei Mate 10 counts with Android 10 operating system.
The iPhone 12 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1170 x 2532 pixels and a little bit worse pixels quantity in each inch of display, it also counts with way more brightness and a bit bigger screen. Huawei Mate 10 counts with a bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than iPhone 12 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB.
The iPhone 12 Pro has a quite better performance than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64-bits processor and a larger amount of RAM memory. Huawei Mate 10 counts with a really longer battery performance than iPhone 12 Pro, because it has a 42% bigger battery capacity.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy iPhone 12 Pro, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Huawei Mate 10, giving up a couple specs and features.
