IPhone 12 has a global score of 88.7, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy S7's 79.5 overall score. IPhone 12's construction is a lot newer and just a little thinner, but a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy S7. The iPhone 12 has a greater performance than Galaxy S7, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the iPhone 12 also has a 64-bit processing unit and a larger number of cores (and faster).
Galaxy S7 counts with a bit more vivid screen than iPhone 12, because although it has a bit smaller screen and much lower brightness, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a greater pixel amount per inch in the screen. The Galaxy S7 has a better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Apple iPhone 12, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 200 GB.
The Galaxy S7 has a little better battery duration than Apple iPhone 12, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity. IPhone 12 captures slightly better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a back facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels, the iPhone 12 also has a larger aperture and higher video frame rate.
Although Apple iPhone 12 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 12, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S7, letting go some features and specs.
