The Apple iPhone 12 has a general score of 88.7, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S9's 83.3 overall score. Although Apple iPhone 12 is a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy S9, it's thinner and notably newer. Apple iPhone 12 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy S9, because although it has a little bit inferior amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a quite lower resolution of 1170 x 2532, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
The iPhone 12 has a superior processor than Galaxy S9, because although it has an inferior number of cores , and they both have 4 GB of RAM, the iPhone 12 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S9 takes clearer videos and photos than Apple iPhone 12, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same video resolution and a back facing camera with a 12 MP, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has a larger aperture.
Samsung Galaxy S9 has a much greater memory for applications and games than Apple iPhone 12, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has a SD card slot that supports up to 400 GB. Galaxy S9 features a little longer battery duration than iPhone 12, because it has a 7% greater battery size.
Although Apple iPhone 12 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPhone 12, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy S9, letting go a couple features and specifications.
