The iPhone 13 Pro Max is much better than Samsung Galaxy A21, getting a score of 93.2 against 76.1. The iPhone 13 Pro Max design is newer and just a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A21's, although it is also heavier. IPhone 13 Pro Max comes with iOS 15.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy A21 comes with Android 10 operating system.
The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max counts with an incredibly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A21, because it has a little bit larger screen, a much better resolution of 1284 x 2778 and a much better screen pixel density. The iPhone 13 Pro Max has a quite superior hardware performance than Galaxy A21, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a 64-bit processing unit.
