Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is a bit better than the Galaxy S21, getting a 93.2 score against 91.8. Although the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and the Galaxy S21 were released only 8 months apart, Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max's body is a bit thinner but much heavier than the Galaxy S21. The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max comes with iOS 15.x OS, and Galaxy S21 has Android 11 OS.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max counts with a better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a little sharper screen than iPhone 13 Pro Max, although it has a little bit smaller display, a just a little worse pixels density and a little bit worse 1080 x 2400px resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 takes a bit better photographs and videos than iPhone 13 Pro Max, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking photos and videos in low-light environments, and they both have a camera in the back with a 12 mega-pixels, the Samsung Galaxy S21 also counts with a way better video resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S21's memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max one, they have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. IPhone 13 Pro Max has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S21, because it has 4352mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although iPhone 13 Pro Max is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S21, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S21. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S21, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
