Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an overall score of 94.6, which is just a bit better than the iPhone 13 Pro Max's 93.2 score. Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is older and somewhat heavier than the iPhone 13 Pro Max, it's construction is still a little thinner. Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with Android 11 operating system, and iPhone 13 Pro Max comes with iOS 15.x operating system.
IPhone 13 Pro Max features just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits processor. IPhone 13 Pro Max features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a bit lower 1284 x 2778px resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than iPhone 13 Pro Max, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features just a little bit longer battery duration than iPhone 13 Pro Max, because it has a 4500mAh battery size. Galaxy Z Fold 2 takes clearer photos and videos than iPhone 13 Pro Max, although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking photos and/or video in low light environments, they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than iPhone 13 Pro Max, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPhone 13 Pro Max. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the iPhone 13 Pro Max, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
