The iPhone 13 Pro is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, having a general score of 93.3 against 80.9. IPhone 13 Pro counts with iOS 15.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with Android 5.0 OS. The iPhone 13 Pro has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor and 2 less processing cores (although faster), and they both have a 64 bits processing unit, the iPhone 13 Pro also counts with a greater amount of RAM.
Galaxy S6 Active features a little bit better looking screen than iPhone 13 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a slightly higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. IPhone 13 Pro has a better camera than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a back-facing camera with a way worse 12 megapixels resolution and a worse video resolution, it also counts with a lot larger camera aperture to take better low light captures and video.

Although Apple iPhone 13 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 13 Pro, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, giving up a couple specifications.
