The iPhone 13 is better than the Galaxy A13 5G, with a overall score of 91.5 against 82.1. The iPhone 13 has iOS 15.x OS, while Galaxy A13 5G counts with Android 12 OS. IPhone 13's body is thinner and lighter than Galaxy A13 5G, even when both of them were released with only 2 months difference.
