Apple iPhone 13 is much better than Galaxy S8, getting a score of 91.5 against 81.7. Apple iPhone 13's construction is extremely newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy S8's, but it is also somewhat heavier. Apple iPhone 13 features a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has less processing cores (but faster), and they both have the same RAM amount, the Apple iPhone 13 also counts with a 64-bit CPU.
The iPhone 13 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density and a little bit lower 1170 x 2532 resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger display. The iPhone 13 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same resolution camera, the iPhone 13 also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments and higher 60 fps video frame rate.

Although iPhone 13 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S8. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S8, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
