Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max has a global score of 94.9, which is just a bit better than the iPhone 12 mini's overall score of 88.5. Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max's body is newer, but much heavier and just a bit thicker than the iPhone 12 mini. These devices include iOS OS, but Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max has newer 16.x version while iPhone 12 mini has iOS 14.x, so it gives lots of additional features and performance tweaks.
The Apple iPhone 12 mini has a slightly better looking display than iPhone 14 Pro Max, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel count per screen inch. IPhone 14 Pro Max features a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone 12 mini, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max features a little better processing power than iPhone 12 mini, and although they both have a Hexa-Core processing unit and a 64 bits processing unit, the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max also has more RAM memory. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max captures much better pictures and videos than iPhone 12 mini, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking photos or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max also counts with a much higher 48 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
The iPhone 14 Pro Max counts with a really longer battery lifetime than iPhone 12 mini, because it has a 94 percent greater battery capacity.
Although iPhone 14 Pro Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than iPhone 12 mini, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 12 mini. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone 14 Pro Max, but if you don't you can save some money and get the iPhone 12 mini, resigning a couple specifications.
