Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is slightly better than the iPhone 13, with a 94.9 score against 91.5. Both phones in this comparison review have iOS operating system, but the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max has a more recent 16.x version and iPhone 13 has iOS 15.x, so it counts with a couple nice extra features. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max body is newer than iPhone 13's, although it's a little bit thicker and a lot heavier.
IPhone 14 Pro Max features just a little better processing power than iPhone 13, and although they both have 6 CPU cores and a 64 bits processor, the iPhone 14 Pro Max also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The iPhone 13 counts with a slightly better looking screen than iPhone 14 Pro Max, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1170 x 2532 pixels, a little bit smaller display and a just a bit less pixels per display inch.
Apple iPhone 13's storage to install applications and games is just as good as Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max's one, both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. The iPhone 14 Pro Max shoots much better photographs and videos than iPhone 13, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the iPhone 14 Pro Max also counts with a much more mega pixels camera.
IPhone 14 Pro Max has a way better battery life than Apple iPhone 13, because it has a 4323mAh battery size.
Although Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is a better device, it costs more than the iPhone 13, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the iPhone 13. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the iPhone 13, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
