IPhone 14 Pro Max has a global score of 94.9, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy A50's 83.8 overall score. IPhone 14 Pro Max is a a lot newer cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A50, although it's way heavier and a little bit thicker. The iPhone 14 Pro Max features a better performing processor than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a larger amount of RAM.
The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy A50, because it has a little greater screen density, a better resolution of 1290 x 2796 and a quite bigger screen. IPhone 14 Pro Max counts with a superior camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing pictures and video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a much higher video quality and a back camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
Galaxy A50 has a much better memory capacity for applications and games than iPhone 14 Pro Max, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy A50 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The iPhone 14 Pro Max counts with just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy A50, because it has 4323mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 14 Pro Max is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A50. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy A50, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
