The Apple iPhone 14 has a score of 92.5, which is much better than the iPhone 6s's overall score of 83. The Apple iPhone 14 body is extremely newer than iPhone 6s's, although it is just a bit thicker and heavier. Both phones in our current comparison include iOS OS (operating system), but the Apple iPhone 14 has the older 16.x version and iPhone 6s has iOS 9.x.
The Apple iPhone 14 counts with a bit sharper screen than iPhone 6s, because it has a way brighter display, more pixels per screen inch, a lot higher 1170 x 2532 resolution and a larger display. The iPhone 14 has a bit better processing power than iPhone 6s, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have a 64 bits processing unit, the iPhone 14 also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more CPU cores.
Apple iPhone 6s features as much storage for games and applications as iPhone 14, both of them have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. The iPhone 14 counts with a way better battery life than iPhone 6s, because it has 3279mAh of battery capacity against 1715mAh. Apple iPhone 14 takes slightly better pictures and videos than iPhone 6s, and although they both have a back camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Apple iPhone 14 also has faster video frame rate and a lot bigger diafragm aperture to take better photos and video in low light situations.
The iPhone 14 costs more money than the Apple iPhone 6s, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
