Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is a bit better than Apple iPhone 14's 92.5 global score. Although it's the best phone in this comparison, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a noticeably older, somewhat thicker and much heavier phone than Apple iPhone 14. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with Android 13 OS, and Apple iPhone 14 comes with iOS 16.x OS.
The Apple iPhone 14 has a better CPU than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has 6 GB less RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
