The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 81.2, which is much better than the Apple iPhone 5's 71.7 overall score. Samsung Galaxy Note 3's construction is newer, but just a little bit thicker and extremely heavier than the Apple iPhone 5. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes with Android 5.0 operating system, while Apple iPhone 5 comes with iOS 7.x operating system.
Galaxy Note 3 has a screen that is very similar to the Apple iPhone 5 one, although the Galaxy Note 3 also has a really larger display, a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a just a bit higher display pixel density. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has much more storage to install games and applications than Apple iPhone 5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a better CPU than Apple iPhone 5, because it has a graphics processor, a larger number of cores and 2,01 GB more RAM. Galaxy Note 3 has a much better battery performance than Apple iPhone 5, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 1440mAh. The Galaxy Note 3 takes much clearer videos and photos than iPhone 5, because it has a way higher (4K) video quality, a back camera with much more MP, a larger camera sensor taking higher quality photos and videos and a larger camera aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 costs more money than the Apple iPhone 5, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
