IPhone 6 is a little bit better than HTC U Ultra, having a general score of 79.2 against 77. The iPhone 6 is an extremely older cellphone than the HTC U Ultra, but Apple managed to make it noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. Apple iPhone 6 counts with a little bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores and they are also slower, it also counts with a 64-bit processor and a graphics co-processor.
IPhone 6 features a slightly better display than HTC U Ultra, although it has a lot worse screen density, a quite smaller display and a way worse resolution of 1334 x 750px. The HTC U Ultra shoots much clearer videos and photos than iPhone 6, because it has a camera with a much better 12 MP resolution, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos and a way larger back-facing camera sensor.
The HTC U Ultra has a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than iPhone 6, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB. The HTC U Ultra counts with a way better battery duration than iPhone 6, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the iPhone 6 is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it an obvious call.
