Although it's the best phone in this comparison, iPhone 6's design is just a little thicker and heavier than Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The iPhone 6 counts with iOS 8.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Alpha counts with Android 4.4.4 operating system.

Galaxy Alpha has a bit better performance than iPhone 6, because although it has a 32-bits CPU instead of 64-bits, and they both have a 450 MHz graphics processor, the Galaxy Alpha also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores. IPhone 6 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a display of the same size, the iPhone 6 also has a just a bit greater quantity of pixels in each inch in the display and a bit higher 1334 x 750 pixels resolution.
