The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is much better than iPhone 6's score of 79.2. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has Android 13 operating system, and iPhone 6 counts with iOS 8.x operating system. Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way newer than the iPhone 6, it is notably heavier and thicker.
IPhone 6 counts with just a bit better display than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a much lower pixel density, a lot lower 1334 x 750 resolution and a really smaller display. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than iPhone 6, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures greater photographs and videos than iPhone 6, because it has a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality photos, a much higher 7680x4320 video definition, a camera in the back with much more megapixels and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and videos.
Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as iPhone 6. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the iPhone 6, letting go a couple specs and features.
