The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than iPhone 6's 79.2 general score. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G works with Android 13 OS, and iPhone 6 comes with iOS 8.x OS. Even though Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is notably newer than iPhone 6, it's much thicker and much heavier. The Apple iPhone 6 counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a really smaller screen, much lesser pixels per inch of display and a much lower 1334 x 750 pixels resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little bit better performance than Apple iPhone 6, because although it has a 32 bits CPU against 64-bits and doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM and 6 more cpu cores. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a greater camera than iPhone 6, because it has a back camera with lot more mega-pixels, a way higher video definition, a bigger aperture for better low-light images and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as iPhone 6. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the iPhone 6, letting go a couple features and specs.
