Apple iPhone XR has an overall score of 82, which is just a bit better than the iPhone 6 Plus's overall score of 80.4. The Apple iPhone XR body is noticeably newer than the iPhone 6 Plus's, although it's somewhat heavier and thicker. Apple iPhone XR counts with a more powerful processing unit than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have a 64 bits processor, the Apple iPhone XR also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster) and a larger amount of RAM.
The iPhone 6 Plus features a sharper display than iPhone XR, because although it has much worse brightness and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a quite better pixel amount per inch in the display. IPhone 6 Plus has a superior storage to install applications and games than iPhone XR, because it has 128 GB internal storage.
Apple iPhone XR has a much better camera than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a bigger aperture, a lot better resolution back camera, a way higher video resolution and a bigger sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos. IPhone XR features just a bit longer battery duration than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a 2942mAh battery size instead of 2915mAh.
Although Apple iPhone XR is a better device, it costs more than iPhone 6 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 6 Plus. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Apple iPhone XR, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the iPhone 6 Plus, resigning some features and specs.
