Apple iPhone 6 Plus has iOS 8.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 operating system. Although it's the best we compare here, the Apple iPhone 6 Plus construction is incredibly heavier and just a bit thicker than Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

The iPhone 6 Plus features a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity.

The iPhone 6 Plus counts with a much better battery life than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 2915mAh of battery capacity.

Although iPhone 6 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Alpha. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 6 Plus, else you can save some money and get the Galaxy Alpha, resigning a couple specifications.
