Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than the iPhone 6 Plus's 80.4 general score. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is newer, but noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker than the iPhone 6 Plus. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G works with Android 13 operating system, and iPhone 6 Plus counts with iOS 8.x operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little better processing power than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor and a 32-bit processing unit against 64-bits, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. The iPhone 6 Plus has a little more vivid display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a little bit inferior amount of pixels per screen inch and a lot smaller display.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a lot better camera than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a much more MP camera in the back, a way better video resolution, a bigger aperture and a much larger sensor capturing way higher quality photographs.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G costs a lot more than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
