Despite of the fact Apple iPhone 6 Plus is much older and a bit heavier than Xperia XZs, it's design is still thinner. The Apple iPhone 6 Plus counts with a bit better CPU than Xperia XZs, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores and slower, it also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional GPU.
The Apple iPhone 6 Plus has a more vivid display than Xperia XZs, because although it has a little bit lower pixel density, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Apple iPhone 6 Plus also counts with a little larger display.
