The Apple iPhone 6 Plus has a general score of 80.4, which is just a bit better than the Xperia Z5's 77.6 general score. The Apple iPhone 6 Plus comes with iOS 8.x operating system, and Xperia Z5 comes with Android 5.1 operating system. Apple iPhone 6 Plus is an older and somewhat heavier phone than Xperia Z5, but Apple could make it a little thinner anyway.
Apple iPhone 6 Plus counts with a bit sharper display than Xperia Z5, because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Apple iPhone 6 Plus also counts with a quite larger display. IPhone 6 Plus counts with a greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia Z5, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Sony Xperia Z5 counts with a bit superior CPU than iPhone 6 Plus, because although it has a 32-bits CPU against 64-bits, and they both have a 450 megahertz graphics co-processor, the Sony Xperia Z5 also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and they are faster). The Sony Xperia Z5 shoots better photos and videos than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a larger camera aperture for better images and video in poorly lited environments, a lot bigger sensor providing a way better image quality, a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a lot higher 23 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
