The Apple iPhone 6s Plus is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3a XL, with a general score of 84.2 against 78.9. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus design is just a bit thinner than Google Pixel 3a XL, but it is heavier and was released 4 years before. Apple iPhone 6s Plus has iOS 9.x operating system, and Google Pixel 3a XL counts with Android 11 operating system.
Apple iPhone 6s Plus features a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has an inferior number of slower cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an additional graphics processor. IPhone 6s Plus features a better looking screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of display, a little smaller screen and a bit lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
The Google Pixel 3a XL features a slightly better camera than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video definition, the Google Pixel 3a XL also has a higher 12.2 MP resolution back camera, a larger aperture and a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

Although iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3a XL. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPhone 6s Plus, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3a XL, resigning some specs and features.
