The iPhone 6s Plus has a global score of 84.2, which is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20's global score of 79.5. The iPhone 6s Plus construction is thinner than the Huawei Mate 20, but it's a little bit heavier and was released many years before. IPhone 6s Plus counts with iOS 9.x operating system, while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
