The iPhone 6s Plus has a score of 84.2, which is a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite's overall score of 79.5. The iPhone 6s Plus is a incredibly older and just a bit heavier cellphone than Huawei P40 Lite, but Apple was able to build it thinner anyway. IPhone 6s Plus comes with iOS 9.x OS, and Huawei P40 Lite counts with Android 10 OS.
The iPhone 6s Plus has a bit superior CPU than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has an inferior number of cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processor and a graphics co-processor. IPhone 6s Plus features a more vivid screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit better quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
Huawei P40 Lite has a superior camera than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a larger camera aperture for better low light captures and videos, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much more mega pixels back-facing camera.
IPhone 6s Plus and Huawei P40 Lite both count with similar memory capacity to install applications and games, both of them have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P40 Lite counts with a way better battery duration than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2750mAh.
Although Apple iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P40 Lite. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 6s Plus, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Huawei P40 Lite, resigning a couple features and specifications.
