The Galaxy Fold has a global score of 97.6, which is better than the Apple iPhone 6s Plus's global score of 84.2. Galaxy Fold's design is much newer and a bit thinner, but also notably heavier than Apple iPhone 6s Plus. Galaxy Fold has Android 9.0 Pie OS, while Apple iPhone 6s Plus comes with iOS 9.x OS.
The iPhone 6s Plus has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and 6 lesser and slower cpu cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64 bits processing unit. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little better display density.
The Galaxy Fold shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have a 12 mega-pixels back camera and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy Fold also has a way larger aperture to capture better low light photos and videos, faster video frame rate and a bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a better photo and video quality.

Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Apple iPhone 6s Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Apple iPhone 6s Plus.
