The iPhone 6s Plus is just a bit better than Galaxy S5, getting a global score of 84.2 against 80.8. IPhone 6s Plus is a newer and just a bit thinner phone than Galaxy S5, although it is much heavier. The iPhone 6s Plus has iOS 9.x OS, while Galaxy S5 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S5, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM and a lower number of cores and they are also slower, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and a faster graphics co-processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a bit sharper screen than iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also counts with a better pixel amount per screen inch.
