The iPhone XS is a bit better than the iPhone 6s, with a overall score of 84.2 against 83. IPhone XS's body is way newer, but somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker than iPhone 6s. The Apple iPhone XS features a bit better hardware performance than Apple iPhone 6s, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have a 64 bits processor, the Apple iPhone XS also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a greater number of cores.
IPhone XS counts with a display that is just as good as the display in Apple iPhone 6s, although the iPhone XS also has a much higher 1125 x 2436 resolution, a higher number of pixels per screen inch, a quite brighter screen and a bigger screen. The Apple iPhone XS captures a little bit better photographs and videos than iPhone 6s, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back camera with a 12 mega-pixels, the Apple iPhone XS also has a larger aperture, a larger sensor providing a better image quality and higher 60 fps video frame rates.
The Apple iPhone 6s features a superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than iPhone XS, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Apple iPhone XS counts with a superior battery performance than iPhone 6s, because it has a 2659mAh battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it costs a lot more than the iPhone 6s, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 6s. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone XS, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the iPhone 6s, letting go a couple features and specs.
