IPhone 6s is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, with an 83 score against 77. The iPhone 6s construction is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it was released 8 years before. The iPhone 6s comes with iOS 9.x OS, while Motorola Edge 40 Neo comes with Android 13 OS.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a slightly better looking screen than iPhone 6s, because it has a bit higher pixel density, a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400, a much larger display and a really brighter screen. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo and Apple iPhone 6s have very similar storage for games and applications, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
Apple iPhone 6s features a much better performing processing unit than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and 6 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and a GPU. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a superior battery life than iPhone 6s, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 1715mAh.
