The iPhone 6s has a score of 83, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto G Power's overall score of 76.1. IPhone 6s's construction is notably lighter and way thinner than the Motorola Moto G Power, even though it was released 5 years before. The iPhone 6s has iOS 9.x OS, while Motorola Moto G Power counts with Android 11 OS.
IPhone 6s counts with just a little better performance than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores, it also counts with a graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processing unit. IPhone 6s features a brighter display than Motorola Moto G Power, although it has a lot smaller display, a little lower screen pixels density and a way worse resolution of 1334 x 750 pixels.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Moto G Power, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
