IPhone 6s is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, getting an 83 score against 81.1. IPhone 6s's construction is notably lighter and thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released 5 years before. The iPhone 6s counts with iOS 9.x OS, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with Android 10 OS.
The iPhone 6s counts with a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores and they are also slower, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an additional graphics processing unit. The iPhone 6s counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although it has a way lower resolution of 1334 x 750, a just a little worse screen density and a much smaller screen.

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 6s, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, giving up a couple specs and features.
