Comparison review
IPhone 7 is slightly better than Apple iPhone SE (2020), getting a general score of 81.6 against 81.5. Even though iPhone 7 is much older than Apple iPhone SE (2020), it's construction is a little bit thinner and a bit lighter. The iPhone SE (2020) has a superior CPU than iPhone 7, because it has a 64-bits processor, 1 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores (and faster).
The iPhone SE (2020) has a little sharper screen than iPhone 7. Both have the same brightness, a screen with the same size, a better pixel quantity per inch in the screen and exactly the same 750 x 1334 resolution. The iPhone 7 counts with a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than iPhone SE (2020), because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Apple iPhone 7 has a little longer battery duration than Apple iPhone SE (2020), because it has a 1960mAh battery size against 1821mAh. IPhone SE (2020) captures slightly better pictures and videos than iPhone 7, and although they both have a back camera with a 12 megapixels resolution, the same video quality, a same size sensor and a same size diafragm aperture, the iPhone SE (2020) also has better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than iPhone SE (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPhone SE (2020). So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPhone 7, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the iPhone SE (2020), resigning some specifications.
