Comparison review
The iPhone 7 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha, getting a general score of 81.6 against 76.3. Even being the best in this review, iPhone 7 is a heavier and a little bit thicker device than Galaxy Alpha. The Galaxy Alpha features a slightly better looking screen than iPhone 7, although it has a little inferior amount of pixels per inch of screen and a little worse 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, they both have a same size display.
IPhone 7 counts with a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage. Galaxy Alpha has just a bit better hardware performance than Apple iPhone 7, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Alpha also has a GPU.
Apple iPhone 7 features a slightly better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Apple iPhone 7 also has a bigger aperture to take better images and video in poorly lited environments.
IPhone 7 features a bit better battery life than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 1960mAh of battery capacity against 1860mAh.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Alpha. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the iPhone 7, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Alpha, letting go a couple features and specifications.
