IPhone 7 has an overall score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than Xperia XZs's score of 77.2. Although the iPhone 7 and Xperia XZs were released with only 7 months difference, the iPhone 7 is lighter and somewhat thinner. The Apple iPhone 7 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZs, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 4 processing cores.
Xperia XZs counts with a display that is very similar to the Apple iPhone 7 one, although the Xperia XZs also has a bit bigger display, a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a higher pixels density. Xperia XZs has a greater camera than iPhone 7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xperia XZs also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor shooting much better quality videos and photographs, a back camera with a way higher 19 mega-pixels resolution and better video frame rates.
The iPhone 7 features a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Xperia XZs, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia XZs has a really longer battery duration than Apple iPhone 7, because it has 2900mAh of battery capacity instead of 1960mAh.
The iPhone 7 costs more money than the Xperia XZs, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
