The iPhone 8 Plus has a global score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel's 80.2 overall score. IPhone 8 Plus's construction is newer and thinner, but also much heavier than Google Pixel. The iPhone 8 Plus counts with a bit more vivid screen than Google Pixel, because although it has a just a bit worse amount of pixels per inch of screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the iPhone 8 Plus also counts with a quite larger screen.
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus features a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus features a better performing processor than Google Pixel, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a 64 bits processing unit.
Google Pixel has a bit better battery performance than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 3% greater battery size. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus has just a bit better camera than Google Pixel, because although it has a less mega-pixels back-facing camera, a lot tinier sensor taking much lower quality videos and images and a worse 3840x2160 video quality, it also counts with a larger aperture for better low-light images and videos.
Although Apple iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 8 Plus, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel, giving up a couple features and specifications.
