Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus is just a bit better than the Google Pixel 3 XL, having an 87.1 score against 80.7. Apple iPhone 8 Plus is an older and just a bit heavier cellphone than the Google Pixel 3 XL, but Apple made it a bit thinner anyway. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus features just a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has an inferior number of cores and 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit.
Google Pixel 3 XL features a slightly better screen than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a little larger display, a higher quantity of pixels per inch of display and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2960. IPhone 8 Plus shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Google Pixel 3 XL, although it has a smaller camera sensor providing a lower image quality, a less MP resolution back-facing camera and a worse video quality, they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture.
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus has a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 256 GB internal storage. Google Pixel 3 XL counts with better battery life than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 3430mAh battery size against 2691mAh.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the iPhone 8 Plus, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3 XL, resigning some features and specifications.
