Comparison review
IPhone 8 Plus is much better than the Google Pixel 3a, getting an 87.1 score against 78.8. IPhone 8 Plus's construction is just a bit thinner than the Google Pixel 3a, although it is a lot heavier and was released just a bit further than a year before. IPhone 8 Plus features a slightly better screen than Google Pixel 3a, although it has a quite smaller screen, a little bit worse count of pixels per inch in the display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
IPhone 8 Plus has a better performing processor than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a 64-bits processor. Apple iPhone 8 Plus counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3a, because it has more internal memory capacity.
Google Pixel 3a counts with a little longer battery life than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has an 11% greater battery capacity. The iPhone 8 Plus has a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 3a, although it has a tinier sensor taking less light and duller colors, a camera with less MP and a worse 3840x2160 video quality, they both have the same aperture.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3a. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Google Pixel 3a, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
