Comparison review
IPhone 8 Plus is much better than the Google Pixel 3a XL, getting an 87.1 score against 78.9. Despite of the fact iPhone 8 Plus is older and heavier than Google Pixel 3a XL, it's design is still just a little thinner. IPhone 8 Plus features a faster CPU than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a 64-bit processor.
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus counts with a bit better display than Google Pixel 3a XL, although it has a little smaller display, a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a little bit lower display density. IPhone 8 Plus has a little bit better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, although it has a worse video quality, a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting worse quality videos and photos and a lower 12 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera, they both have a same size aperture.
The iPhone 8 Plus counts with a much greater memory for applications and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 192 GB more internal memory. Google Pixel 3a XL has a really longer battery life than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 37% larger battery capacity.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3a XL. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 8 Plus, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Google Pixel 3a XL, resigning some specifications.
