The Apple iPhone 8 Plus has a score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the LG G7 ThinQ's score of 81. The Apple iPhone 8 Plus design is somewhat heavier but a little bit thinner than the LG G7 ThinQ, and both were only released with a couple months difference. LG G7 ThinQ counts with a better screen than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a way higher 1440 x 3120px resolution, a higher pixels density, a way brighter screen and a bit larger screen.
Apple iPhone 8 Plus features a bit better processing unit than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit. LG G7 ThinQ captures a bit better videos and photos than iPhone 8 Plus, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor taking worse quality videos and images, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a larger camera aperture to take better low light photography and a lot more MP camera.
The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G7 ThinQ features a bit longer battery duration than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has an 11% more battery capacity.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G7 ThinQ. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy LG G7 ThinQ, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
