Comparison review
Apple iPhone 8 Plus is much better than the Galaxy Alpha, having a general score of 87.1 against 76.3. Although it's the best device in our current comparison, Apple iPhone 8 Plus's design is incredibly heavier and thicker than the Galaxy Alpha. The iPhone 8 Plus counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a way higher 1080 x 1920 resolution, a greater pixel density and a bigger screen.
IPhone 8 Plus features a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 224 GB more internal memory. The iPhone 8 Plus counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory, a 64-bits processor and a larger number of cores.
The iPhone 8 Plus has a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 2691mAh of battery capacity. The iPhone 8 Plus features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a same resolution back camera, the iPhone 8 Plus also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a larger diafragm aperture.
Although Apple iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Alpha. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 8 Plus, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, letting go some specifications.
