The Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is a bit better than the Apple iPhone 8 Plus's 87.1 global score. The Xperia 1 III construction is incredibly newer and a bit lighter than Apple iPhone 8 Plus's, although it's a little bit thicker. The iPhone 8 Plus counts with a little faster processor than Xperia 1 III, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit.
Sony Xperia 1 III features just a bit better screen than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a way better display pixel density, a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels and a larger screen. Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
The Xperia 1 III features a much better battery performance than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. The Sony Xperia 1 III is more expensive than the iPhone 8 Plus, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
