Apple iPhone 8 Plus is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having an 87.1 score against 76.6. Apple iPhone 8 Plus's body is somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but it is a bit heavier and was released many years before. IPhone 8 Plus features a more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a lower number of cores , and they both have the same RAM amount, the iPhone 8 Plus also counts with a 64-bits CPU.
IPhone 8 Plus has a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. The iPhone 8 Plus features a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a much longer battery lifetime than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 2691mAh. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a little bit better camera than iPhone 8 Plus, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels and a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality videos and pictures.
Although Apple iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Apple iPhone 8 Plus, else you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, giving up some specifications.
